Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please notify us if you would like to cancel your order, as once the shipping process has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
All items are insured if an item is damaged by the shipping carrier. Please contact us within 24 hours of the order being marked delivered, along with pictures of the damage, packaging, and box. Please keep all items until resolved. If it is past 24 hours, you will have to submit a claim with the carrier.
